A report that reaches out to us says another batch of Nigerians arrived in Lagos from Togo amidst Coronavirus. According to NAN reports, the 13 sets of people arrived in a Toyota Coaster bus with Togolese registration number, TG 5923 A making it a total of 103 people that have arrived in Lagos through the Seme border after the border was closed on the 21st of March.
The Nigerians who have decided to return to their homeland despite the outbreak of the deadly virus in the country will be taken into the quarantine facility in Badagry with immediate effect.
A port health officer told NAN that;
“The Nigerians were screened with the infra-red thermometer by our officials when they arrived today.
“We have called Lagos State Ministry of Health, and they have promised to come and evacuate them to a quarantine facility in Badagry,”
