A nurse in Maiduguri has died of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The nurse was said to be an anesthetic nurse but has retired. The nurse was taken to the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH) after he died of the COVID-19.
The nurse is said to have worked with an international organization in Pulka town of Gwoza LGA before his death, so others might have bee exposed to the virus and most especially the health workers both within and outside the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH).

“A retired aesthetic nurse just died of Coronavirus.
“He was brought in from Pulka to UMTH by two nurses who are also now at risk”
