According to reports, a Nigerian YouTuber residing in the UK revealed on a live TV interview with BBC News the primary reasons why Nigerians migrate to the United Kingdom.
In a brief interview, he disclosed that many Nigerians seek to escape poverty and the Nigerian government while bringing their families to benefit from the thriving UK economy.
Shortly after the interview, the internet erupted, and Emdee Tiamiyu, the YouTuber, stated in a new post that he has received threats and various messages.
He further mentioned that he has recorded the names of those sending him threatening messages and intends to take legal action against them. In a Twitter space, he warned that consequences would follow for their actions.
“I have taken the necessary steps I have asked for help, and I know all the names of all the people who have sent me t h r e a t s online and called me names I have screenshotted it down, so all of you just be ready for the consequences that will come from it,” He said.
