The AMOTEKUN BILL has been passed to the Ogun state House of Assembly and this is actually the first time the state assembly will read the state security Network Bill on Tuesday. The bill was passed to the state assembly by the Governor, Dapo Abiodun just last week, and it was read by Deji Adeyemo, who is the acting clerk of the Ogun state house of assembly.
The AMOTEKUN BILL was read first out of all other bills and the speaker of the statehouse, Hon. Olakunle Oluomo has announced the date for the public hearing of the AMOTEKUN COP BILL which will be on the 24th of February at the Ogun state assembly complex.
According to a report on DAILY POST, Ogun state, the “lawmakers passed a resolution, calling on the appropriate authorities to register all Okada riders to avoid any breach of security, following the influx of Okada riders from Lagos State into Ogun.”
