In response to the trending hashtag #showusuhari on twitter, Bashir Ahmad has hit back at the rumor about president Buhari having coronavirus using a picture. Just on Thursday evening, a picture of the president was shared on Bashir Ahmad Twitter page with a caption “President Buhari still at work”.
The news of his Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari testing positive for the virus has left Nigerians worried that the president must have been exposed to the virus and probably contract it, but the Nigerian government has assured Nigerians that the President is in good shape and he is working.

And also @NGRPresident verified twitter page also responded to the rumor that Buhari and his Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari who tested positive departed for the UK. In the same picture shared by Bashir, they added another caption;
“The concocted audio message about President @MBuhari’s whereabouts should be totally disregarded. It is Fake News in its entirety. The President tonight at the State House, at work.”
