According to Cross, he is a little confused about what angel JB Smith said about him telling her he’s flirting with Emmanuel.

Cross added that he couldn’t recall having a conversation like that with Angel. He said the only thing he remembered clearly about the gathering was when he was trying to get close to Angel, to get to know her because, in the house, he was very close to her.

Ebuka asked Cross if he wanted more of Angel even though he never told her about it and he replied: “well, pretty much, yeah, because I just wanted to like get to know her more and understand her story because she seems like a very interesting person… “

Cross also stated that the more he’s getting to understand her, the more he understands many things about Angel. He added that he cares a lot about Angel, adding that back in the show in 2021, anytime she is sad, he’s always there to be with her and try to make her happy because she is a very good friend of his.
