Eric Akhigbe, Big Brother Naija reality star, has made a statement on his reported arrest in the United Kingdom, UK.
According to several media reports on Tuesday, the Lockdown housemate was arrested for defrauding individuals by offering them BBNaija places.

Eric was accused of taking money from naïve and ambitious Big Brother Naija housemates but failing to get them onto the TV program.
Eric, who had previously disabled his comments area on Instagram, refuted the claim and threatened legal action against people spreading false information about him. He stated:
“My legal team and have been alerted on an article posted today on @pulsenigeria247 defaming my character and telling lies about my alleged arrest in the UK which are totally false. I was not arrested in the UK, they are all lies.
“My legal team is taking all actions on reaching out to the appropriate blog to correct the misconception they have created in the minds of the general public or face legal action.”
