Don’t be confused. The man seen in the picture was born a lady but transformed into a man (Esteban Landrau), while the lady was born a man but transformed into a lady (Danna Sultana).

The babies were formed naturally because they both still have their originated human reproductive system, I hope you get what I am saying.
An incident that landed them in the hospital for a consultation where Esteban said he was having contractions and was possibly going into premature labour to the point that they had to call on their family members to prepare for the arrival of a baby from Esteban, but the doctor said Esteban symptoms were normal in the eighth month of pregnancy, especially as their baby is quite big, and they returned home to prepare for the big day.
Just on Monday, the 25th of May. the model shared a photo where she was posing next to her husband’s baby bump with the caption: ‘We almost have our beloved.’
