A tweet has appeared on the Presidency verified page which indicates that President Muhammadu Buhari has laid out a two step plan to fight the coronavirus and the effects it will cause after the virus is finally defeated following that the world bank stated that Nigeria will fall into recession after the pandemic is over.
The plan according to the presidency tweet is to ease the effect of the pandemic on businesses so the country won’t go into total recession, and to also secure and protect the lives of the people in the country.

In Nigeria, we are taking a two-step approach. First, to protect the lives of our fellow Nigerians and residents living here and second, to preserve the livelihoods of workers and business owners.
To add the news, NCDC has confirmed five new cases of the virus in the country, making it rise to 323 total cases confirmed.
