NCDC has updated the statistic of the pandemic (COVID-19) cases on Saturday on their official twitter page. The updated stats says 239 new cases with 11 deaths were recorded on Saturday, rising to 4,151 total cases recorded in Nigeria.
The COVID-19 cases discovered on the 9th of April, 2020 indicates that 97 cases were found in Lagos, 44 in Bauchi 29, 19 in Kano, Katsina recorded 17 cases, Borno discovered 7 new cases, 6 cases in FCT (Abuja), 5 in Kwara, Oyo state recorded 3 new cases, Kaduna recorded 3 cases, Sokoto with 2 cases, 2 cases in Adamawa, 2 in Kebbi, Plateau recorded 2 cases, while Ogun and Ekiti have 1 case each.
A total of 745 patients have been discharged so far after recovering from the virus.
