The Governor of Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has told Nigerians to have faith in God through prayers and sacrifice as they are looking forward to celebrating Eid-el-Fitr and to also pray for Nigeria in the fight of containing the pandemic that has killed so many across the globe.
Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi also congratulated the president and all Muslims across the country as the fasting ends on the 23rd of May, 2020.

I therefore urge that we remain committed to the core values that strengthen the bond that brought us together as a prosperous nation, as we fight back in solidarity and in determined effort to contain this COVID-19 pandemic”
