Nigerian prominent singer, Kizz Daniel, also called King Vado has decided to quit smoking to celebrate his 28th birthday.
According to the singer, he is quitting on behalf of his children and for the people that genuinely love him. He added that smoking is bad, and for those who are addicted to smoking, there is time to quit.

According to CDC.GOV, Smoking smoking leads to cancer, heart disease, stroke, lung disease, diabetes, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis. Smoking also raises the risk of TB, some eye illnesses, and immune system issues such as rheumatoid arthritis.
