An available Information on the U.S bureau of prison website says Hushpuppi has been released which is making Hushpuppi trend again on Twitter.
The information says he was released on Monday which was on the 20th of July, but this is actually surprising because Hushpuppi was denied bail a few weeks ago by the judge who said the suspect, Hushpuppi was a flight risk.

But according to his legal lawyer, Gal Pissetzky, he said Hushpuppi has not been released yet but was only transferred to California for a trial.
According Gal Pissetzky, he said he is still Hushpuppi’s lawyer and that people should not always believe everything they see on court documents as they are not always accurate.
He also added that just because the jail record says released doesn’t mean the suspect has been actually released.
