The reality TV star who recently buried her brother after he was shot, shared a beautiful photo with her fiance on her Instagram page.

Sharing the photo, she revealed how he granted her wish to spend her birthday in London. She also expressed her undying love for him, while making it known that she is clocking a new age tomorrow, November 3rd.
