Opeyemi Falegan, Nkechi Blessing’s ex-lover, reacted when the United Nations Children’s Fund of Nigeria, UNICEF, denied accepting aid or funds from a fundraiser he arranged.
This was done amid his social media feud with Nkechi, his ex-lover. Opeyemi, a small-time politician who is rumored to be broke and leading a double life, announced that he has raised £61 (about 33,000 Naira) for the war victims.

Falegan’s fundraising was described as a “scam alert” by UNICEF in a statement shared on their Instagram page today. The organization claims that it is not aware of any fake donations, but warns the public to be cautious. UNICEF’s article drew a response from Nkechi Blessing as well.
