A ban on export have been activated on all nine entities of the Chinese government from the US.

In another statement released by the Commerce Department, about two dozen other companies, with government institutions and commercial organizations were also added to the list of being sanctioned for contributing to the procurement of items for the Chinese military.

The new companies that were added to the list are known for their expertise and specialization in artificial intelligence (AI) and facial recognition technology.

The US government have added up to 28 companies and institutions so the blacklist of the entities violating human right in China.

Just on Friday, 22nd of May, the Chinese government legislative body submitted a bill that would outlaw secessionist and subversive activity as well as terrorism and foreign interference, according to DW.

And a movement of pro-democracy has been going on in Hong Kong since last before the outbreak of the deadly Coronavirus, the movements which at times result in violent acts between the police and the protesters.

And according to Hong Kong pro-democracy lawmaker Lee Cheuk-yan, he told newsmen that the bill that has been proposed goes against “one country, two systems” framework which has been promised to the Chinese city of Beijing.
