A video currently rounds on social media has shown moment Nigerians in Texas, United States, were chanting “up NEPA” after electricity in the American state was restored.
Texas has for the past few days been experiencing blackout due to extreme winter weather which affected the state’s energy grid, causing power and water outages since Monday.
