The governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo Olu has confirmed the release of 49 more people who have tested negative for Coronavirus disease, COVID-19.
Lagos state governments have also announced the guidelines that must be followed when the lockdown is lifted on the 4th of May which will allow movement from 6 am to 8 pm.
In a tweet on Wednesday night, the Nigeria mega-city governor shared the update on his twitter page saying;
“Dear Lagosians, to begin my update on our phased plan for #EasingTheLockdown, I start with some good news.
“Today, we discharged 49 patients from our isolation facilities after they tested negative twice to #COVID19 bringing the total number of discharged patients in Lagos to 143.”
