After collaborating with his current label boss, Olamide, on the smash song “Omo Ope” in 2022, Asake gained fame.

Since he unexpectedly became famous, Asake has garnered an enormous following that never gets sick of his back-to-back singles, which consistently reach the top of the charts.
Asake stated in an interview that because of his fame, it has become difficult for him to distinguish between people who show him fake affection and those who truly care about him.
